Welcome!

Hello! My name is John Maddox and I am a Web Developer. I live near Birmingham, AL and I have been creating both graphic and web designs for the past 4 years.

I do most of my coding in XHTML and CSS as well as some Javascript with some Flash Animations mixed in for good measure. In addition to my regular coding, I have had some experience with PHP and ASP.NET using C++. I have some experience with database interface using MySQL and have done some application coding with Java, giving me a strong understanding of OOP concepts.

Besides my development work, I also like to dabble in Graphic / Web Design. I enjoy working in most of the Adobe CS applications and have a strong understanding of Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Flash CS3 - CS5.
